Why Sell with Us
Catalogue in the warehouse, run timed online auctions, and invoice and pay out your consignors, all in one place, under your own name and web address.
What Your House Gets
Your Own Address
yourhouse.crossroadsellers.com, with your name, your auctions and your bidders. Bidders use one account at every house.
Catalogue with No Signal
The iPhone and iPad app works in a warehouse with no signal and syncs when it can. Tag numbers never change after they are on the item.
Timed Auctions Done Right
Staggered closing times and a soft close on each lot, so the last-second bidder never steals a lot unfairly.
Invoices, Statements, Payouts
Buyer invoices with premium and tax worked out for you, consignor statements, and payouts to your own bank account.
Safer Bidding
You approve every bidder. Card holds, bidding limits and identity checks on big winners, and a permanent record of every bid.
Help Written for Your Staff
A help centre that answers plain questions, like “how do I make a lot” or “where’s my money”, at 2 a.m. when nobody is around.
How Joining Works
- ApplyTell us about the house and create your owner account. About ten minutes.
- We Review It by HandA person at Crossroad Sellers reads every application. We may call you.
- Verify and ConnectConfirm your identity, set up a second way to sign in, and connect the bank account payouts go to.
- Run Your First AuctionCatalogue, publish, and your bidders register with you.
What It Costs
No setup fee. We take a share of the buyer’s premium, billed monthly; your hammer price is never touched. Card fees are the payment processor’s standard rate. The share is agreed with you before you publish.
What We Ask of You
A real, operating auction house; an auctioneer licence if your state requires one; an identity check for the owner; and a verified business bank account before you publish.
Ready When You Are
Applying is free and takes about ten minutes.
