Paying with Amazon Pay

Where an auction house offers it, you can pay an invoice with the card or bank account saved in your Amazon account. What happens, what it costs you (nothing extra), and refunds.

Some auction houses on Crossroad Sellers let you pay an invoice with Amazon Pay: you sign in to your Amazon account and choose a card or bank account you already keep there. It costs you nothing extra. The invoice total is the same whichever way you pay; see What you pay.

Steps

  1. Account → Invoices → open the invoice → Pay Now.
  2. If this house offers it, an Amazon Pay button appears above the card form. Press it.
  3. You are taken to Amazon to sign in and choose how to pay, then brought straight back here. You have ten minutes on Amazon's side; if it times out, press Pay Now again.
  4. The invoice updates when the payment confirms, usually within a minute, and you are emailed a receipt that says it was paid with Amazon Pay.

If There Is No Amazon Pay Button

It means this auction house does not offer it yet, or your browser cannot show it (it does not appear inside apps' built-in browsers, or in Firefox or Edge on an iPhone). Pay by card instead; that is always there. See Paying an invoice.

Refunds

A refund from the house goes back to the card or account you paid with through Amazon, and shows on the invoice as a negative payment. The house can refund an Amazon Pay payment for 90 days after you paid; after that it refunds you another way and records it on the invoice.

PayPal

Crossroad Sellers does not take PayPal. Every invoice can be paid online by card or, where the house offers it, with Amazon Pay.
