One Account for Every Auction House
Your login is platform-wide; your approval, paddle number and limits are per house.
Crossroad Sellers is the platform under each auction house's site. Your account lives on the platform, so the same email and password sign you in at every house. The things that belong to a particular house stay with that house:
- whether you are approved to bid there
- your paddle number there
- any bidding limit the house set
- any tax exemption the house has on file for you
- your invoices there
Your card on file, if you saved one, follows your login everywhere; you are never asked to enter it twice.
Your account lives at crossroadsellers.com: your details, phone, password and sign-in security in one place, and your bids, watchlist, invoices and auction emails from every house together, each under the house it belongs to. Press your picture on any house's site, then Your account, and you are taken there; press an auction house's name on that page and you are back at its auctions. Signing in and registering happen there too — a house's site sends you across and brings you straight back to the lot you were on. (If you are on the staff of an auction house, your own account pages open on that house's site while you are working there, beside the console.)
