Your Bidder ID

One number, yours for good, the same at every auction house; the paddle number is the house's.

Every person on Crossroad Sellers has a Bidder ID: a six-digit number issued when you register, yours for good, the same at every auction house on the platform. It is on your Account page and printed on every invoice. Quote it when you call a house or collect your lots; it is the quickest way for staff to find you.

Each auction house also gives you a paddle number when it approves you there. That number is the house's, may differ from house to house, and is what staff write on tags. Both appear on your invoice.

Neither number is ever reused, and neither can be changed.
