Confirming Your Email Address
The six-digit code, how long it lasts, and what to do if it does not arrive.
After registering you are emailed a six-digit code. Type it on the page you landed on.
Steps
- Register. The code is emailed at once.
- Type it on the page you landed on. Done.
- If it did not arrive, wait a minute, check spam, then Send a New Code.
- The code lasts ten minutes.
- You get five tries. After that, ask for a new one.
- Asking for a new code cancels the old one.
It Has Not Arrived
Check spam and promotions folders first. The sender is Crossroad Sellers at crossroadsellers.com when you registered on the platform (the usual way), or the auction house's name at crossroadsellers.com when a house's own form registered you. If it still has not come after a few minutes, use Send a New Code. If the address you typed was wrong, register again with the right one.
