Emails You Get, and the Mailing List

Emails about your own bids and invoices always come; auction announcements are optional.

Two kinds of email come from an auction house:

About your own activity — outbid, won, your invoice, a payment, a shipping number, a pickup reminder. These always come. They are how you know what you owe.

About the house — a new auction is open, an auction is closing soon. These go to the house's mailing list. You are on it from the moment you register to bid at that house unless you unticked the box. Leave or rejoin under Account → Privacy and email → Auction Emails, which lists every house you belong to with its own tick box and Save; or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any announcement, which works with one click and no login.

Each house has its own list. Leaving one house's list does not affect another's.
